For Personalised orders you can cancel your order within 24hrs.

  Pendants and Rings will incur a 50% charge if cancelled after 24hrs.

I cannot refund rings that are the incorrect size, it is your responsibility to make sure you have sent me the correct ring size 
 

For Personalised orders, I cannot offer returns for refunds unless the item is faulty, in which case you can return the item within 14days of delivery.

 If there is a problem with your order, I will endeavour to make it right by re-doing any item.
